Buffered Microgrids with Modular Back-to-Back Converter Grid Interface

چکیده

This paper proposes a buffered microgrid with modular grid interface consisting of back-to-back converter. The proposed method provides flexible strategy that enables both the load and generation expansion microgrid, no sizing constraints on initial stage. maintains physical separation from by using converters, which ensures safe, secure seamless operation in islanded grid-connected modes. structure allows an energy exchange prioritization either between storage systems or units themselves, depending recommended/desired operational strategy. prioritizations are achieved sets dead zones control interfacing converters. In order to voltage frequency, inverse-droop-based dq-frame current was implemented PSCAD/EMTDC substantiate method. simulation results different scenarios show flexibility, simplicity communication-free types sources.
